Just recently I've had a brownish discharge a few days before my period. Coming and going for a couple of days before my period starts. 10 years ago i had laser surgery for dylplasia and since then I have had normal pap smears. A year ago my pap was showing some changes (not irregular) my repeat (Aug 2000) was normal. Could this have anyhthing to do with dysplasia? Are there any chances that dysplasia comes back? I am married and have two children no problems since surgery. Maybe I'm nervous over nothing? I also have tenderness in one "underarm" before my period. Is that normal?
