Hi, I once had the same problem... I finally went to a health food store (the first time I had ever been there) and bought a recommended herb tincture called Pau de Arco. It comes in a little bottle and has an eyedropper with it. It worked ... I was amazed.. it was so easy.. just a dropperful under the tongue..
