Kelly Shanahan, MD: "Re: Abdominal Pain" I have been having pain right above my pubic bone sometimes it seems to spread throughout my entire abdomen and lower back as well. Frequent urination has been occuring with this as well as constipation and just feeling tired. Sometimes I feel bloating but it's not constant and seems to subside with urination or bowel movement. Went to the gyno who told me everything felt ok. I went to my regular doctor who checked me for a UTI and the test came back negative. I just had and ultrasound of my kidneys and again everything looked OK. It seems, from some things I have read, that I have similar symptoms to ovarian cancer. Periods are regular and no bleeding in between periods. What are the odds that a healthy 26 year old woman could develop this?
