What would cause it to be >enlarged like that? There are a lot of things that can make an ovary 4.3 cm in size, including a normal ovary. At your age, cancer is way down the list of possibilities. With your symptoms, laparoscopy is certain reasonable. More likely senarios include endometriosis, scar tissue, etc... Lynn
