With your last depo shot in Sept. there is a good chance that your ovaries have not begun working/ovulating yet. The cramping may be secondary to the fact that you have not ovulated, therefore the lining of the uterus is also just waking up. The only thing to do is be patient and things should come around with time... Lynn
