Spinach is certainly the best choice however many of the veggies contain iron. Sometimes during pregnancy or even during menstruation, women require supplemental iron therapy. This is natural and contains no additives. >

Alk phos is normally elevated during pregnancy. Other causes for it being abnormal include things having to do with bone and liver. Bilirubin is elevated secondary to either liver or blood issues-depends whether it is total, indirect or direct. Lymphs are blood cells and tend to be elevated during infections or times of body stress. >

It is true that laptops do emit heat, but there is no evidence that there are any electomagnetic waves, etc that are emitted from them... Lynn
