Dear Ani,
I don't know of a "cure"!!! **** BUT ****
Elimination of all DAIRY products (yes, that means no icecream, whipped
cream, cheese, etc.), pseudo dairy "non-dairy" products (milk proteins),
eggs, animal meat, soy products, HIGH-FAT foods, evening primrose oil,
salmon, excess caffeine, chocolate, and ... (we learn as we go) *may*
greatly help to alleviate your endo pain. Sincerely try this
elimination diet. Should you find the elimination of these foods
helpful, you can then, in future endo flares, pay attention to what was
most recently consumed to determine what it was that *may* have
contributed to the flare. No guarantees, BUT you'll never know unless
you give this lifestyle a try -- try it, it just may help to alleviate
your pain ---
P.S. For produce, try to stick to organically grown fruits and
vegetables
