Montgomery, MD: "Re: Help-interstitial cystitis" I have had pain in my lower back and lower abdominal I have a history of kidney stones but no stones on my last IVP was found. My urologist thought it might be my ovaries, but after a gyno exam I learned that it has nothing to do with it.I am going to have a cystoscope to see if I have any stones in my bladder. Recently I have heard of interstital cystitis. I was wondering if pain in the lower back and abdominal pain is associated with this. I am really worried about this.
