cervical or vaginal culture, who can tell?

In response to your response to my first question. Went to Dr. for annual pap and to have her see if I had a yeast or bacterial infection. While she was doing the pap, she said I did have a lot of cervical mucus and would culture it, along with a wet mount. She said that it would detect most any bacterial infection. The wet mount came back normal, the culture came back as vaginal flora, or normal. I am assuming she took the sample from my cervix, as that is where she saw the mucus. When the nurse called back w/ the results she said I did'nt have gonorreah, just healthy vaginal flora. So, have we exhausted all possibilities? Is this just normal discharge? Are there seperate tests for all possible bacterial infections, or does one culture pick most of them up? No itching, burning, or smell, just a lot of it when I push to go to the bathroom, or sometimes when i just urinate. I was told that amount is very normal. Agreee, or should I do something else? Thanks. Oh, pap results still out.
