A wet mount was performed along with a bacterial culture. All tests came back with "just normal vaginal flora." No signs of yeast or bacterial infections. Have I ruled out everything and can assume the discharge is normal? Are there other infections that a culture would not pick up? Pap is in the process of being read so I don't have results, but Dr. said everything looked quite normal and healthy. Would cervisitis show up on a culture? Thanks.
