Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome is quite rare. The treatment depends on your desire or lack thereof for pregnancy. If you want a pregnancy, you should be seeing a Reproductive Endocrinologist who is a specialist in inferitlity and he/she will be able to treat this appropriately. Clomiphene is one form of inducing luteinized follicle rupture(also known as OVULATION.
