Is this SAFE?? Trish Provided you have no risk, ie hbp, smoking, clotting problem it is safe. Some would question heart diseas history and cholesterol screening to be safe, but the first 3 are the biggies to watch for, otherwise, some keep you on them into the early to mid 50's.
