First, if you have not seen a physician, then see one. Second, if you have seen a physician and have only gotten the oral medication and the infection isn't clearing up, then go back because the oral medication is certainly not 100% effective and you may need a more prolonged direct application therapy. Finally, if you have not been checked for diabetes, then you should be... Lynn
