I did not go to the doctor for my 6- week check up, i thought everything was fine. I noticed that since then i have been having periods twice a month. This time it is lasting for almost three weeks and I've only had very tiny clots, it's bright red and does not seem as if it is ending anytime soon.It seems to be very watery. I'm really not sure if this is normal after pregnancy? What could be the cause of it? What other symptons should i look for?
