Another question about left ovary pain while having orgasm. He was baffled by this problem too, seeing as how it does not occur during intercourse, only at the point of orgasm. Now here's something that might help, I also have a urinary tract infection at the moment. Could this be a reason for the pain I feel on my left side? Also I've heard that when you have an orgasm, it comes out of the urethra. Is this true? That is why I'm asking if there's a link to the UTI and the pain experienced while having an orgasm. Thanks!
