Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome

I had a Tubal Ligation almost 7 yrs ago. Since then I have had alot of the symptoms I have seen given for Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome. In March I plan to have a reversal of my ligation performed. My question is if the blood supply to my ovaries was jeopardized during the ligation (which is the blame in Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome) can the reversal improve the blood supply to my ovaries. My fear is that my ovaries may have atrophied and might not produce viable eggs for conception. I plan to have my hormone levels checked very soon which I have been told will help in an assessment of this, but was hoping to gain more information on the effects on my ovaries blood supply by a reversal.
