Ashley Hill, MD: "Re: Big blood clots in urine during mentstration" I searched the forums but did not find this so here it goes...I just found out that I might have endometriosis. I have almost all of the symptoms but the thing that bothers me most is the large blood clots in my urine during menstration. I never noticed it before because I was told my symptoms were all normal for women. I just started my period and I am a little freaked out by this stuff coming out of me (I never thought the blood was in urine, I thought it was just washing off me, yeah I feel a little dumb). I've been trying to conceive for 2 1/2 years, I'm 25 and have a 5 year old, and am a little concerned about having laparscopy. Are the clots a big concern?
