Migraines - how do I get medication?

Hi,

for years, I've been having menstruation-related migraines. Whenever I go back to see my family in Europe, I pick up Imitrex and another (non-OTC) med (lots of docs in my family :-), but now I'm stuck here for a while, and my GP practically refuses to give me anything. She switched my bcp twice - to no avail yet after 8 months on the one and two months on the next - and I'm not really free to change doctors due to insurance problems. Other than pricelining for a cheap ticket - what do I do???
