intersitial cystitis

I am a 22 year old married woman. In January my gynecologist performed a laparoscopy because he was sure I had endometreosis. He found nothing. My symptoms at that time were pain during intercourse and extremely heavy periods. I have also been tested several times for a UTI because of frequent urination, which is about every 30 minutes during the day. At night, I fight the urge to urinate and wake up with back pain and an almost nauseated feeling until I can use the restroom. I have also been suffering from migraines for about the last year. My doctor feels sure there is something wrong, but does not know where to tell me to go next. I have read alot on intersitial cystitis in the past few months, and I am wondering if it may be something I should look into? And what kind of doctor do I need to see if not my gynecologist?
