Since you are 44 I am assuming you are on the aygestin for anovulatory bleeding. That would make this an important medication. There are some medications that can be used to treat or even prevent the migraines. It would be a good idea to talk to your Gynecologist and see what she/he thinks about these or if it might be better to stop the aygestin and try another approach.
