Yes you should - and it sounds as if your baby is not getting enough.

Micronor *usually* does not affect the milk supply

I am trying to drink alot of fluids. >Could foods/diet affect supply?

yes

See a lactation consultant for ways to help up your milk supply -- but don't delay; if you are exclusively breastfeeding, you may not be supplying enough for your baby, by what you describe. You should also talk to your pediatrician and bring your baby in to make sure weight gain is appropriate. If not, you will need to supplement with formula
