there are many routes to get to the same place. The hysteroscopy actually will better visualization of the uterine cavity than a sono-hyst. You had a D&C 9 months ago, and have been on hormonal management, so the likelihood of a problem (cancer) is very small. I think that this approach is certainly reasonable.
