Tubal ligations are conidered premanent sterilization with average failure rates of about 15/1000. It is also unlikely that a pregnancy would occur after endometrial ablation, the extent of the unliklihood depends on the success of the procedure. If there was good scarring, pregnancy is less likely. If you suspect you are pregnant after having both these procedures, you should find out right away, since followup is essential in such cases.
