The removal of the cervix and uterus should not change the pH of the vagina. I am not saying what you say isn't true because we certainly don't know all there is to know about the pelvic anatomy. The fact is that the majority of vaginal secretions come from the walls of the vagina and that shouldn't change following surgery. One of the things that can certainly change the pH of the vagina is some kinds of infection. It might be a good idea to have an examination done to rule out this possibility... Lynn
