This situation is too complicated to make an educated guess as to what's
going on, since there is, by virtue of complexity, an incomplete
history. I would recommend that your sister talk with her current
doctors and have them push to get her in sooner. They will have the
ability to get her to be seen on an "emergant" basis. Good luck to her.
