If you started the first pack of pills on 5/28 you should still be taking htem now -- you do not stop taking them just because you start bleeding! You take one pill a day, every day, and once you finish one pack, you start another the next day, whether or not you are still on your period. If I'm misreading your post and you really started them on 4/28, then you would have finished the first pack on 5/25 and should have started the next pack on 5/26. In any event, it sounds like you are not taking hte pills correctly.

When you see your gyn, have her/him review with you the proper way to take the pills. It may also take 2 - 3 months to get regulated once you start the pill.
