Dr. McIntosh is right about lack of authoritative data on this.
There is, however, a web site, vulvodynia.com, started by an OBGYN.net
Advisor, Dr. Howard Glazer, PhD. Check it out and see if you can come
up with something to meet your needs. He wrote an article, just this
month I believe, on vulvodynia for OBGYN.net which may also be of help.
