Those are 2 unrelated concepts so the answer is no.

Rule of thumb (my thumb, of course)

No period by 12 weeks - get a pregnancy test and if negative, give Provera (or similar Rx) to bring it on.

Not likely but you need to speak to your doctor. 8-10 aspirins is way to much medication.
