Thanks in advance, Peggy Hypertension is not listed as either a serious or a common complication of Lupron. I have not heard of this relationship ever being put forth. Since your BP was higher on arrival and lower later, you could have so called White coat hypertension. Seeing the white coat makes the person nervous and leads to an increase in BP. Getting your BP checked in a less threatening location might be helpful. RDB
