For over 2 years now I have experienced an itchiness around my anus. I have visited the doctors a number of times to no avail. I have tried different lotions and potions from the pharmacist, with no luck. My GP informs me that it is not piles or worms, could be some sort of eczema. The itchiness is worst at night and when I am hot, I have very good personal hygiene but sometimes when it is most itchy, the area is wet and has a slight smell of fish. This is a very embarrassing and annoying problem and I hope that you can help.
