Walking the hall may put pressure on the bladder to empty or your bladder gets irritated and a "spasm" occurs driving the urine out. When you have a BM and then 1/2 hour later you need to go again seems to consistent with a larger rectocele. A rectocele can also create a pouch where some stool will hang up and not empty completely. Upon further walking, gravity and/or increase of abdominal pressure (cough, sneeze, bearing down) the stool is pushed out the anus. These symptoms are quite common.
