1) you are very welcome...glad to be of help

2) You sound as though your cystocele or bladder drop is creating a cul de sac or pouch which is not allowing you to empty completely. Walking the hall may put pressure on the bladder to empty or your bladder gets irritated and a "spasm" occurs driving the urine out.

When you have a BM and then 1/2 hour later you need to go again seems to consistent with a larger rectocele. A rectocele can also create a pouch where some stool will hang up and not empty completely. Upon further walking, gravity and/or increase of abdominal pressure (cough, sneeze, bearing down) the stool is pushed out the anus.

These symptoms are quite common.
