My period is very predictable. I started feeling a little crampy and noticed a bit of blood one day but that was all ther was all day. The next day there was only a spot on the tissue after urination. Same thing the next day. On day 4 of this situation I finally started bleeding continuously and heavy(like a normal 1st day of period) Which day did my period actually begin? I am charting to find my day of ovulation. I usually ovulate on day 10 of the cycle. Will I likely ovulate 10 days after the 1st sighting of extremely light blood? Or day 10 after heavier bleeding stops? Thank you.
