I will be 25 next month...Please advise what the result of my pelvic exam means and what is the treatment for it. Thank you...it reads as follows. The uterus is anteflexed. The urinary bladder is unremarkable. The uterus measures 6.7cm x3.9cm x3.9cm in size and has a 4mm endometrial echogenic complex. No uterine masses or free fluid are identified. The ovaries are normal in size and appearance. The left ovary measures 22mm x 22mm x13mm in size. The right ovary measures 29 mm x 15 mm x 15mm in size. Follicular changes are noted. Impression: Normal uterus and ovaries. 4mm endometrial echogenic complex.
