Thank you...it reads as follows. The uterus is anteflexed. The urinary bladder is unremarkable. The uterus measures 6.7cm x3.9cm x3.9cm in size and has a 4mm endometrial echogenic complex. No uterine masses or free fluid are identified. The ovaries are normal in size and appearance. The left ovary measures 22mm x 22mm x13mm in size. The right ovary measures 29 mm x 15 mm x 15mm in size. Follicular changes are noted. Impression: Normal uterus and ovaries. 4mm endometrial echogenic complex.
