BC Pill and Muscle pains & Aches???

Everytime(3X) I've tried to go on the pill (low dose estrogen), I start to get pains in my legs and back. Fearing blood clots each doctor has always taken me off of it and sent me for tests to see if I have any clots. The results are always negative and I have no blood clots. I really need to give the pill a try for pcos and pelvic pain, but I'm afraid to start all this trouble again.

My question; Is it normal to get body pains and aches while you are adjusting to the pill. How do you know if the pains are just a normal period of hormonal adjustment. They've usually taken me off of it within 6 weeks and I've never been able to find out if I can adjust to it.

Do you have any ideas or suggestions. thanks.
