Some of this may depend on how the urine specimen is collected. If it is a voided urine, it may well be contamination from the labia. Especially if as you intimated, you are overweight. If it was a catheterized specimen then this would be what we call asymptomatic bacteruria. I have no idea wha tthis means if you aren't pregnant. (I don't think it has been studied) In pregnant women, it means that there is an increased chance of developing a serious kidney infection called Pyelonephritis.
