Breast dimpling / Nipple retraction

My dr noticed recent dimpling/retraction on right breast, over a lump that first dr said was probably just clogged milk ducts, and he set up an ultrasound (due to age, he didn't want to repeat a mammogram, had one in Sept) I've checked various websites regarding those symptoms and all I seem to ever find is when they're related to breast cancer. I was wondering what benign reasons there can be for it? Thanks a million in advance for your help!!
