With a normal colonoscopy, I can't see the endo being the cause of the diarrhea (not questioning of course that the endo exists). Diarrhea wouldn't be a localized disease (meaning endo on the bowel as opposed to systemic gastrointestinal disorder - e.g. irritable bowel syndrome (which would have a normal colonoscopy))
