PCO might be hyperglycemia, not usually hypoglycemia, due to insulin resisitance.

May be accurate advice, depending upon the person. Which came first, the weight or the symptoms?

Possible. When you're able, blood tests FSH and LH would be helpful.

Was the thyroid checked? This fits hypothyroidism too.
