Althouigh I understand that the right sided "pain" started, as you recall, after the D&C, there is no good reason why this should be related. The partial mole, now with HCGs at 0 for several months, should also not be related. Has your doctor done a sonogram to look for cysts? Cysts on the ovary from a pregnancy of any kind can persist and cause such "pain".
