Hi Dr. Hill,
I don't mind having a resident doing my care as long as there is
something next to him supervising if he is *new* at what he is
doing....for instance.....I had a central line placed. One resident was
very well seasoned, and did well, whereas the next, was rather green and
missed a couple of times.
Residents definitely have to learn, but I would rather not have a
Resident operating on me.....they can watch, but I would rather not have
them operating on me.....
