Dear Sirs,

I am a second year resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at CIvil Hospital in Ahmedabad, India. I request you to help me out with the diagnosis and management of this unusual case of a 16 yr. old female having right labial swelling , complaining of primary ammenorhoea.

Laporaoscopic findings :

Unicornate uterus with absent right ovary and tube. No evidence of testes. Left tube hydrosalpinx.

Histopathological report of excision of right labial swelling shows evidence of testes, seminepharous tubules, edidedymis and stroma of overy.

Bubblesmear barrbody absent.

Kayotype 46XX.

Pervulval findings : Hypertrophyid clitoris. Small urethral peneing. Vagina present.
