Some months I have two periods, (one in the beginning, one in the end) then some months I have long periods, (7-10 days) and then some months very heavy bleeding, some months light bleeding. I am 48 and have fibroid tumors, which have not changed in the past 3 years. Could this be a sign of menopause?
