Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: What may be the Problem" I'm 36 and had a baby 4 months ago c-section and also had a tubal at the same time.let me state befor I never had problems with my periods they were normal (4 days, and every 28 days)and I had migrains. After the baby I had a headache for 32 days straight and my blood pressure stayed really high during this time (196/116).We have gotten that under control but the headache comes and goes and my bp goes up and comes back down. My periods have been so messed up I go for 9-16 days and every 14-20 apart and I bleed really heavy I would say 4 times heavier than I did befor.
