seems to me that whatever time is necessary to acquire both the images and the information pertinent to the clinical situation is that which is appropriate. why not discuss all your issues with this physician. also, consider video or, better, digital image capture. if this physician wishes six images - which 6 are these? surely there is much room for discussion, no?
