Dear Colleagues, I believe (please correct me if I'm wrong) that I am the first person from this list to celebrate Christmas, being fairly close the international dateline here in New Zealand. I would like to wish everyone on this list a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! May the next year bring you much happiness, inspiration, and success. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
