SDMS OB/GYN Symposium Slated for February Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers The SDMS OB/GYN Specialty Symposium, February 21-22, 1998 in Houston, Texas, features an impressive faculty: W. Lindley Diacon, M.D., Rita France, RTR, RDMS, RDCS, Edward Lyons, M.D., Wayne Persutte, BS, RDMS, Nancy Spangler, RDMS, CNMT, and Diane Twickler, M.D. Separate OB and GYN tracks assure that this is more than your "basic OB/GYN meeting." The symposium will be held at the Wyndham Greenspoint, located ten minutes from Houston Intercontinental Airport. Registration is $200 for SDMS members if you register before February 6, and $250 for non-members. Room rates for Symposium attendees are $89 (single, double, triple, quad). The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
