In a message dated 97-12-16 22:24:04 EST, you write: << Seriously now folks, Let's get real. I have $1,000,000 in Monopoly Money ( get it??) for any Radiologist, or "other" Physician who will attend, or BE IN THE DEPT for ALL (I MEAN ALL!!!) SUPERVISED procedures according to the proposed guidelines. Come on now.. Any Takers?? >> Better start saving up your monopoly money for the many millions you're going to owe!! Most of the departments and private practices in Manhattan already do this, making sonograms a nightmare here!! That's at least 15 million you owe!! The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
