Re: Please Help, Terry? or Anyone? From: DuBose, Terry (DuboseTerryJ@exchange.uams.edu)Mon Dec 8 07:40:44 1997
Martin, one of the neatest things about this medium is you (anyone on this list, finally REAL democracy) can download the entire archive. Below are the instructions, which should have come in your first "subscribed" message. You can also get a list of all subscribers by requesting in the message: "review ultrasound" no quotes. Or simply send the message "help" to get a help file or commands. Neat, huh? As a note to all subscribers. While we want to keep an open and democratic list, it would be unethical, not to mention annoying, to distribute any addresses from the subscriber list without the individuals express permission. Thanks. FORUM ARCHIVES: The following command will send you all the email messages ever sent to this forum at one time. WARNING! this will generate several hundred KBs or even more than a 1MB of email to be sent to you. It will be sent in email messages of each over 50KB in length. To retrieve the archives send the following list processor command to listproc@obgyn.net: get ULTRASOUND archive We will replace this method sometime soon with a web front-end for browsing and retrieving the archived messages. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
