Suzanne, thanks for your input on this. You seem to agree that translabial (or transpernial) measurements will be comprable to endovaginal cervical length measurements. Have you seen any published test of these methods? I am interested in any references. My gut tells me that they should be the same, but someone probably needs to test the hypothysis.
