Sending BMP and WMF ultrasound images

Can anybody suggest a way to send BMP and WMF files (between 500-700 MB) over the internet between my computer and my reader. (DICOM will not be involved here). Just static and some looped WMF image files will be sent and received. AOL allows only 16 MB and g-mail allows only 25. Obviously not nearly enough to make due. We will be using high speed broadband to achieve this feat.

Do I use a file sharing program? I really have no idea what is available, and this predicament was just thrust upon my business and I need a resolution in short order. Figured some learned minds in here may have a suggestion or two. Appreciate any advice. My thanks in advance.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
